The Challenge

In this application, our goal is to orient spray actuators at a high rate of speed with the actuators discharging with the open cavity down.

The Solution

To orient the actuators at that rate we've developed an 42" vibratory feeder bowl.

• Efficient Handling: The 42" bowl offers ample space for handling components effectively. The quick dump option ensures smooth and uninterrupted operation.
• Impressive Throughput: Operating at a rate of 265+ parts per minute, our feeder achieves exceptional productivity, even for a vibratory bowl system.
• Optimal Orientation: Actuators are discharged with the open cavity facing downwards, ensuring precise alignment for downstream processes.
