A Brief Background on Will:
Will is a Project Manager at Hoosier Feeder Company. He joined the team late February 2017. His job responsibilities include facilitating timely completion of feeder system builds, acting as liaison between the customer and shop - making sure stocked and order parts are available and that customer expectations are met, and he is tasked with using purchased company assets to HFC advantage such as implementing additive manufacturing (3D printing) to assist design processes.

How is Hoosier Feeder treating you so far?
Will: Very well, everyone I have talked to has taken the time to explain things to me so I can contribute and get up to speed as quickly as possible.
What drew you to this company?
Will: The ambition from a business standpoint is very exciting and innovation is welcomed. The creative problem solving in this rapidly growing company is very appealing to me.
Where are you originally from?
Will: Noblesville, IN
What is the coolest thing you are working on right now?
Will: Definitely a lengthy inline track feeder system because it is a relatively odd job and is requiring special attention. Dealing with different resonant frequency is very challenging but interesting.
What is something you are passionate about?
Will: Music. I was introduced to the drums at a very early age and love for music in general developed with my passion for playing.
How did you learn about Hoosier?
Will: Through a friend that was actually related to Greg and Chris

If you could change one thing about working here what would it be?
Will: In my dream the company location would be downtown Indianapolis.
If you could only tell me one thing about yourself what would it be?
Will: I believe with the right team and the right attitude anything can be accomplished.

Will: eager, understanding, passionate
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Will: tinker with 3d printers and learn their interworking so I can learn to build my own
What is the most important thing you have learned in the last five years?
Will: Everything comes in waves whether it’s how you feel or what life hands you. It is important to ride those waves when you can and know when it is time to be patient
If you could be anyone for a day who would you be?
Will: Bill Nye...Umm Will Smith would be cool, wait no definitely Elon musk

Will: I’m a huge fan of animated family movies (Pixar) especially the Incredibles
